Recommendation for usage:
If not otherwise recommended, take 1 capsule twice daily with some water. In the first four weeks
of application, a higher dosage of up to 2 capsules twice daily can improve the physiological effect.
A continuous and long-term administration of the cartilage building blocks as provided with Arthrovitan® capsules is recommendable. In addition, Arthrovitan® capsules can be used as
a supportive, complementary measure in inflammatory processes. In cases where for some
reason the capsule as such cannot be swallowed, the capsules can be open, and the contents
can be mixed with food, e.g. stirred into yoghurt.
